      A3-122 + A2-111 Aggro Deck – Turn 2 120 Damage!

If you’re looking for a deck that punishes slow starts and turns the game into a sprint, the A3-122 + A2-111 combination is your answer. This aggressive Stage 2 build hits 120 damage from the Bench for just two Energy, and with the right opener, you can be swinging by turn two. It’s fast, consistent, and climbing the ladder hard in the current Celestial Guardians meta.

The Core Combo: Speed and Pressure

The deck revolves around A3-122, a Stage 2 attacker with 180 HP and a 10-damage recoil. Its ability lets it attack from the Bench, making it safe while you control the board. The enabler is A3-144, which skips the Stage 1 evolution and lets you jump straight to A3-122 — often on your second turn. Run two copies of A3-144; it’s your most important card. A2-111 is the early pivot, dealing 50 damage for one Energy and applying pressure from turn one. Two copies keep your tempo high. The evolution line is straightforward: A3-085 into A3-144 into A3-122, with PROMO-005 and PROMO-007 as your core draw engine to find the combo pieces.

How to Pilot: Two Opening Paths

You have two strong opening lines depending on your hand. If you start with A2-111, lead with a 50-damage attack while you set up A3-122 on the Bench. Don’t bench A3-085 on turn one — you risk disruption from cards like A1-225 that can delay your Stage 2. Instead, keep A2-111 active and evolve when ready. If you start with A3-085, attach Energy and use its attack to switch into A2-111, preserving the Basic. Going second is ideal here. If you already have A3-144 and A3-122, evolve immediately and use Rising Road to bring A3-122 Active, then attack for 120. In either case, evolve as soon as possible to dodge disruption like A2b-069 or A2-155. Delaying often loses your combo.
