Changemakers Unite: Highlights from Our First Online Conference

Symbiosis Online Conference Recap

On February 27, 2025, we hosted our very first Symbiosis Online Conference – bringing together volunteers, organizations and changemakers from around the world! 🌍✨

💡 What Happened?

  • Ice Breaker Sessions: Speed networking rounds to spark connections.
  • Breakout Groups: Sessions on strategy, our website ecosystem and social media engagement.

🎯 Strategy Session

We explored how nonprofits grow best with community support and how volunteers want more than tasks – they want purpose and connection. This fuels our mission: building a space for people and organizations to collaborate and amplify good.

🌐 Ecosystem Session

We saw the importance of clear language, tools and engagement – from renaming the “Job Board” to “Opportunity Board” to improving platform usability. Our ecosystem is evolving to meet the real needs of our community.

📲 Social Media Session

We learned that sharing real stories, asking questions, and creating dialogue can help grow visibility and trust. It’s more than content – it’s about connection.

🚀 What’s Next?

Thanks to everyone who joined us for this first big step! This conference wasn’t a moment – it’s the start of a movement. If you believe in collaboration, impact and purpose, you belong here.
